What is Morpheus8?

Revitalize and rejuvenate your skin with Morpheus8, a long term facial or body treatment that lifts and tightens your skin! This revolutionary technology combines microneedling with radiofrequency heat to remodel fat, tighten up the skin, diminish wrinkles, improve skin texture, improve scars and stretch marks, reduce skin irregularities, lessen appearance of cellulite and provide a healthier younger looking you! During the treatment, microneedles penetrate the skin to stimulate your body’s natural collagen and elastin production returning a fresh, youthful look to your skin. The radiofrequency heats the deeper layers of the skin to precise temperatures that cause the fibroseptal network to contract and pull your skin tight creating more defined and contoured features.

Frequently Asked Questions:

What does it feel like?

During the treatment we first use a topical numbing agent to ensure your comfort. Additionally, all patients are given complimentary nitrous oxide (laughing gas) to provide a worry-free and luxurious Morpheus experience. We make sure that every single patient tolerates the treatment well and experiences very minimal discomfort. The sensation during treatment consists of mild pressure with some areas feeling transiently ‘warm’ or ‘spicy’. This sensation goes away immediately following the procedure.

What is the downtime?

There is no physical downtime and social downtime is minimal. Make-up can be applied 24 hours post treatment. Patients may have visible micro-lesions, mild swelling, transient itching and mild bruising for up to 1 week following the procedure. Mild skin texture changes can be present for 2 weeks. Immediately post treatment a sunburn-like redness occurs but, in most patients, this doesn’t last longer than a few hours.

How long is the treatment?

Depending on the treatment area, Morpheus8 appointments typically take 90-120 minutes. After numbing cream is applied, we wait 45-60 minutes for the cream to completely take effect. The actual Morpheus8 procedure itself takes about 30-45 minutes and is a pleasant time while you are relaxed and breathing in nitrous oxide (laughing gas).

How many sessions will I need?

The recommended treatment protocol for skin tightening results is a series of three-monthly sessions. However, we will discuss your customized treatment plan based on your goals during your consultation. Number of sessions really depends on your skin texture, tightening or contouring goals. Some patients do a series of 3 back to back treatments while others prefer a longer timeline and do Morpheus treatments 1-2 times a year to maintain collagen production and skin health.

When will I see results?

Many patients start to notice mild improvements two weeks after the first session. However, your results will blossom over a 2-6 month time frame. Results are gradual and natural as your body does the work to ramp up collagen production and tighten your skin. Full results are seen 6 months after you complete your series of treatments. Maintenance treatments can be done every 6-12 months as needed.

How much does it cost?

Treatment prices are individualized, but most treatment areas are priced at $999 per session. Each Morpheus face session includes PRP blood draw and application. All Morpheus face and body sessions include nitrous oxide for comfort. You won’t get these important add-on treatments included anywhere else. Areas frequently treated are: face and neck, underarms, abdomen, back of thighs, knees and ankles. We accept Care Credit cards and offer deferred interest/no interest if paid in full 6 months.
